Team Administrator (New Homes)

Your typical day could start with you providing a responsive customer service by telephone, in person or in writing to support the delivery of all aspects of customer relations and defects resolution activities. Then you might assist with the organisation and support of resident meetings, events and initiatives before processing invoices and raising purchase order numbers to support with the delivery of the budget.

As a Team Administrator you’ll be an integral part of the Customer Care & Defects Resolution teams. You’ll provide effective first-time communication and resolutions to customer enquiries and deliver full administrative support to the Service Heads and Managers in all aspects of office administration.

You’re an experienced administrator who can multi-task and support multiple stakeholders with ease. You’re a customer-focused person who is passionate about driving improvements and offering a first-class service to our customers. You’ll have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and prioritise tasks and follow matters through to solution. This is a regional post that will require you to work across South London and the North Counties as you’ll be required to attend weekly meetings across 3 regional offices.

Your role covers everything from identifying and raising orders, analysing information on housing systems, taking minutes in meetings and electronic filing. If you're methodical, organised and proactive in your approach, with excellent attention to detail, we want to hear from you.

To be successful in this role, you’re:

  • knowledgeable of defects resolution and the construction process
  • experienced in providing admin support to a large team
  • highly organised with a good eye for detail
  • knowledgeable of Excel, Word and PowerPoint software
  • experienced in working with Clixifix or similar defect management software (desirable)
