Ian became Chief Executive of Peabody in October 2021. He was previously Chief Executive of Catalyst. A chartered surveyor, Ian has over 30 years' experience in the housing sector. He’s a Fellow and committee member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and an alumnus of Harvard Business School. Ian is currently Vice-Chair of G15, the group of London’s leading not-for-profit housing associations, and will become Chair in June 2025.
He also sits on the board of the National Housing Federation and co-chaired the advisory group of the Better Social Housing Review.
