Coordinator (Delivery Support)

Salary: Circa £33,000

Your typical day could start with you contacting customers to work with them to reach a satisfactory resolution. Then you might be assisting with incoming contractor and staff queries relating to repairs before heading out to visit external contractors’ offices.

As a Coordinator (Delivery Support) you’ll be an integral part of the newly formed Repairs team. With a particular focus on improving our repair service for our customers, you’ll support our customers and operational teams in the delivery of property services.

You’re a customer-focused person who is passionate about driving improvements and offering a first-class service to our customers. You’ll enjoy taking ownership of your work, focusing on several projects at any one time and you’ll be committed to working as part of a team to improve efficiencies. You’ll need to be in the Pitsea office for two days per week and the remaining time you’ll be able to work remotely.

Your role covers everything from day-to-day responsive and major repairs to planned preventative maintenance and proactive case management. If you're motivated by meeting targets and deadlines, we want to hear from you.

To be successful in this role, you’re:

  • experienced in working in a customer centre environment
  • confident in dealing with a wide range of people including contractors and external agencies
  • able to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • experienced with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • experienced in using Microsoft Excel, with excellent IT skills
