Workplace Supervisor - Ealing Gateway and Houghton Hall

As the Workplace Supervisor, you’ll lead and manage the Workplace Coordinators at our Ealing Gateway and Houghton Hall offices. With a particular focus on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing guidance and support to your team, and upholding the highest standards of customer service across all locations, the role will require flexibility, allowing you to travel between sites regularly.

You’re dedicated and personable and like to get things done. You’re first rate at customer service, enabling you to greet visitors, manage customer queries, handle access passes and fobs, and coordinate courier services.

Your role also covers administrative responsibilities, including managing workplace inboxes, electronic document management, procurement systems, invoicing, and post room duties. You will also be responsible for meeting room bookings, maintaining parking databases, and ensuring GDPR compliance with records and archiving.

Could it be you?

To be a success in this role, you’re experienced in:

  • Conducting Health & Safety inspections and managing Fire Marshal duties
  • Liaising with cleaning and maintenance contractors
  • Working within a customer facing role, preferably within housing management and ideally within the social housing sector
  • Effective management of health and safety checks, meeting room setups, and courier services
