You’ll oversee the operational management of approximately 23,000 properties across South London, ensuring the delivery of high-quality neighbourhood services and maximum customer satisfaction. Your role will include strategic planning, resource management, and cross-functional collaboration to meet and exceed corporate and departmental goals.

You’ll provide visible leadership to your team, championing a performance-driven culture and fostering professional development. This role requires demonstrable senior leadership experience, strong interpersonal skills, and sound commercial awareness. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel, are essential. A thorough understanding of housing legislation, customer service excellence, and risk management is critical.
