As a Service Delivery Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing approved improvements across Service Delivery and IT. This includes technical changes within the IT Service Management (ITSM) toolset, process enhancements, asset management, compliance auditing, reporting, ITIL stream improvements, and governance work. Working closely with the Service Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in delivering practical solutions that enhance overall service efficiency.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to implement ITSM tool changes effectively within agreed timescales, conduct audits and compliance checks to a high standard, and drive service delivery improvements that achieve tangible benefits.

You’ll need to be in the office for a minimum of 2 days per week and the remaining time you’ll be able to work remotely.

Your responsibilities will include supporting Service Design and Transition activities by working with Strategic Business Partners, project teams, and key stakeholders to ensure the successful introduction of new services. You will also support ITIL functions through audits and improvements, maintain and develop the ServiceNow ITSM tool, produce regular reports for IT stakeholders, and manage asset data quality and compliance. Your work will be crucial in implementing continuous service improvements, ensuring that IT services meet the needs of both internal teams and end users.

We are looking for someone who is a true team player, capable of engaging with a variety of stakeholders from both technical and non-technical backgrounds. You should be confident in raising ideas and working constructively towards approved solutions. Strong time management and prioritisation skills are essential, as is the ability to see the broader impact of decisions. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while knowing when to seek support are key attributes for this role

To be successful in this role, you're:

  • Experienced with the ITIL framework, with practical application in an IT support environment.
  • Technically proficient in administering and implementing changes within ServiceNow.
  • Able to discuss technology concepts with technical teams effectively.
  • Highly analytical and possess strong problem-solving skills, both from a technical and business process perspective.
