Your typical day could start with responding to initial enquiries from prospective buyers via phone, email, or live chat, ensuring a friendly and professional approach. Later, you might be contacting interested buyers to arrange viewing appointments or following up on their feedback. You could then spend time assisting the Sales Team with administrative tasks, such as updating buyer records or creating purchase orders, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date.
As a Sales Enquiries Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential buyers, guiding them through their journey from enquiry to viewing. You’ll play a vital role in delivering first-class customer service at every stage while ensuring all sales-related administration is handled efficiently and complies with all requirements.
You’re a people person who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll enjoy collaborating with the Sales and Marketing Team, ensuring all enquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. For this role, you’ll be based in the office 2 days per week, with the flexibility to attend open days or events on evenings or weekends as required.
Your role covers all aspects of the customer journey – from responding to enquiries and booking viewings to maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about providing excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.
This role will require a Basic DBS check.

- Well-informed of the property market and sales processes and also knowledgeable in the newbuild affordable housing sector.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experienced in accurate data entry.
- Flexible, with a positive approach to adapting to new challenges and learning procedures.
