Final phase of new affordable homes underway at Kite Meadows in Buckinghamshire

Housing association Catalyst has started work on the phase of 24 new homes for shared ownership that will complete Kite Meadows in Princes Risborough.

Kite Meadows is a stunning new development of 98 two, three, four and five-bedroom homes for affordable rent, shared ownership and market sale. Phase one of the project delivered 74 new homes and this final phase of 24 is due to complete in summer 2023.

Catalyst, a subsidiary of the Peabody group, has appointed Star Contractors Ltd to build the remaining homes. In total, Kite Meadows brings 17 new homes for affordable rent, 40 for shared ownership and 41 for market sale.

The new homes are a mixture of modern, spacious and light-filled terraced, semi-detached and detached homes with eye-catching modern design set within the Chiltern Hills. The historic market town of Princes Risborough is a short walk away and London only 40 minutes by train. The name Kite Meadows reflects the prevalence of red kites in the area.
