Consultation for the regeneration of St Ann’s New Neighbourhood, located on the site of a former hospital, is ongoing with the local community and current residents

Plans include the development of 970 fully accessible homes, of which 60% will be affordable and some set aside for older adults and NHS key workers. The development will retain the Peace Garden with public access, as well as some of the Victorian buildings for a range of non-residential uses.
