The Blackbird Leys development is a partnership with Oxford City Council to bring new shops, communities and at least 250 homes to the area

The project will focus on the District Centre and the land between Knights Road and the Kassam Stadium. It will also provide improved facilities and landscaped green and open spaces. The development will include homes for social rent and shared ownership. The City Council’s policy is for 40% of housing development to be for social rent and 10% to be shared ownership.
